As your buyer's agent, I represent you from the first showing through the closing table: what to offer, how to write it, the inspection, the appraisal and every deadline in between. Every buyer gets full representation, and on most homes you also receive a rebate at closing.

As your listing agent, I price your home from real sales, prepare it, market it on the MLS, Zillow, Redfin and Realtor.com and on its own page here, and negotiate the offers. Or, if you'd rather sell it yourself, I put it on the MLS for a flat fee. You choose how much help you want, with no admin fee at closing.

Yes. I've been licensed since 2006, and I'm a licensed real estate broker in Maryland and the District of Columbia. I own Netanel Real Estate in Gaithersburg (formerly Magnolia Realty).

Do you work with first-time home buyers?
Yes. I walk first-time buyers through every step: what a home is really worth, what it will cost to own, the offer, the inspection and the closing. My buyers also receive a rebate at closing on most homes, which helps with closing costs.
What does it cost to work with you?
Buyers: my fee is 1%, 1.5% or 2.25% of the price, depending on how much help you want with the search, and on most homes the seller's offer to the buyer's agent covers it, with the rest credited to you at closing. Sellers: from a $399 flat-fee MLS listing to full service, with no admin fee at closing. Every price is published on this site.
